Holiday Ordering Deadlines
For delivery before Thursday 24 December, order a ready-to-ship piece by Wednesday 16 December and a custom or made-to-order piece by Thursday 19 November. Custom work is the one people leave too late, because the gap between the two dates is almost a month.

How these are worked out
Working backwards from 24 December: allow standard insured transit, then the production time. Ready-to-ship pieces leave Austin, Texas within 24 hours of the order. Custom pieces take 15 to 18 business days in our Mumbai and Jaipur workshops before they ship. Thanksgiving on 26 and 27 November is not a working day, which is why the custom cut-off falls a week earlier than the arithmetic alone suggests.
Both dates assume standard shipping. If you are ordering after the cut-off, contact us before you place the order rather than after — occasionally a ready-to-ship piece can still make it.
Two things to get right before you order
Size. This is the one that causes disappointment on the day. Rings are not resized after purchase, and we make whole US sizes 6 to 10 with no half sizes. Check our ring size chart first. For bracelets, the bracelet sizing guide has the chart.
Returns. Eligible pieces can be returned within 30 days, but custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you are buying custom as a gift and you are unsure of the size, that is a reason to choose a ready-to-ship design instead.
What ships free
Every order ships free and fully insured within the United States. There is no separate holiday surcharge.

What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
Wednesday 16 December for ready-to-ship designs and Thursday 19 November for custom or made-to-order pieces, for delivery before 24 December with standard insured shipping.
Why is the custom deadline so much earlier?
Custom and made-to-order pieces take 15 to 18 business days in the workshop before they ship, where a ready-to-ship design leaves within 24 hours. Thanksgiving also removes two working days from November.
Can I still order after the cut-off?
Contact us before placing the order rather than after. A ready-to-ship piece can occasionally still arrive in time, but we would rather tell you honestly than take the order.
Is holiday shipping more expensive?
No. Shipping is free and fully insured within the United States, with no holiday surcharge.
Can I return a gift bought as a custom piece?
No. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless our Returns Department finds a manufacturing defect. If the size is uncertain, choose a ready-to-ship design, which is covered by the standard 30-day return policy.
