How It Works

  1. Find a lower price-: Locate the same product at a lower price from a qualifying retailer.
  2. Contact us-: Reach out to our support team with the product details and a link or proof of the lower price.
  3. We'll match it-: Once verified, we'll adjust the price for you before or after your purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, weight, size, color, and condition).
  • The lower price must be from an authorized retailer and currently in stock.
  • The price match does not apply to clearance, closeout, or limited-time flash sale prices.
  • Marketplace listings (e.g., third-party sellers on Amazon or eBay) are not eligible.
  • Price match requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase.

How to Submit a Request

Please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number (if applicable)
  • The product name and link
  • The competitor's URL or screenshot showing the lower price
