ShopQSE is pleased to offer free fast shipping across the United States on all orders. Our preferred partner for shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, though in some cases, this may change. Please see below for important details about shipping times and order tracking.

Shipping Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email within two business days of placing your order. On the day that your order ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number and confirmation of shipment.

Shipping Times Disclaimer:

Please note that shipping times are only suggestions and may vary depending on the season, number of orders, natural catastrophes, extreme weather, or other unforeseen service interruptions. Monday through Friday are considered business days; weekends and federal holidays are not included.

Order Tracking:

We provide several ways to track your order. If you have an account with ShopQSE, you can visit your Order History and click on the tracking number to be directed to a tracking webpage. For guest users, an order number is included in each email that confirms an order. You can also click "Track my Order" at the bottom of the webpage at, and enter the order number in the field given. Once you receive the tracking number, you can track your order on the carrier's website.

If We Can't Ship Your Order:

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, you will receive a full refund. Order cancellation notifications will be sent to the customer's email address or, if an email address is unavailable, by phone.
