Shop QSE Christmas Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway starts on December 14, 2023, and concludes on January 14, 2024.
Eligibility:
- Only legal residents of the United States are eligible to participate in the giveaway.
Winner Announcement:
- The winners will be announced on January 17, 2024, on the Shop QSE Facebook page.
Location for Jurisdiction:
- For any legal issues or disputes, jurisdiction will be in Austin, Texas.
Rights and Discretion:
- Shop QSE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The final decision on winners and any dispute resolution lies with Shop QSE.
Gift Card Terms:
- Gift Cards are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- No discounts will be allowed on the Gift Cards.
- Partial redemptions of Gift Cards will not be permitted.
Redemption Period:
- Winners must redeem their Gift Cards within one month from the date of announcement (by February 17, 2024).
Eligibility Requirements:
- To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must complete all the following steps:

- Share the giveaway post on their timeline.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments who would love to shine bright this Christmas.
- Comment with their favorite Shop QSE item they'd love to own.
- Subscribe to the newsletter on the Shop QSE website www.shopqse.com.
Newsletter Subscription:
- By subscribing to the newsletter, participants allow Shop QSE to send newsletters and communications.

- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook.
- By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook from any responsibility.
